We Started Because We Were Tired of Empty Promises

Back in 2021, three of us sat in a Sofia café complaining about the same thing. Every trading course we'd seen promised quick wealth but delivered confusing jargon and outdated methods.

So we built something different. Not flashy. Just honest education that actually helps people understand what they're doing before they risk real money.

How This Actually Started

Veselin had been trading for eight years. Kaloyan worked in risk management at a Sofia bank. And I'd lost enough money learning the hard way to know what beginners really needed.

We weren't looking to create another course mill. The market already had plenty of those. But when Veselin's younger brother asked for trading advice and we couldn't recommend a single decent resource, that felt like a problem worth solving.

The first version was just weekend workshops in a rented classroom near NDK. Twenty people showed up. Half stayed for the full program. Those twelve gave us feedback that shaped everything that came after.

Four Years of Figuring Things Out

Building an education platform is messier than you'd think. Here's what actually happened.

  • 1

    2021: Weekend Workshops

Started with in-person sessions in Sofia. Small groups, lots of questions, plenty of mistakes. We learned as much as our students did. The feedback was brutal but useful.

  • 2

    2022: Online Shift

Moved everything online during spring. Lost half our students initially because the format felt impersonal. Spent months figuring out how to make remote learning actually work. Added discussion forums and live Q&A sessions that made a real difference.

  • 3

    2023: Curriculum Overhaul

Rebuilt the entire program based on what students struggled with most. Cut the advanced stuff that looked impressive but confused beginners. Added more practical exercises with paper trading before anyone touches real money.

  • 4

    2024-2025: Finding Our Rhythm

Programs run twice yearly now, starting September and March. We cap enrollment at forty students per session because that's what we can actually support properly. The waiting list exists, but we'd rather maintain quality than scale fast.

What We Actually Teach

Market fundamentals that don't change with every news cycle. Risk management that keeps you from blowing up your account. Chart reading without the mystical nonsense.

And mostly, we teach patience. Because that's what new traders lack most.

Programs last six months. That's not because we like long timelines. It's because learning to read markets takes time, and anyone promising faster results is selling you something that won't work.

What We Don't Promise

We won't guarantee you'll make money. We can't, and anyone who does is lying. Trading involves real risk, and some people lose despite doing everything right.

We don't promise employment or specific outcomes. What we offer is education. What you do with it depends on your own judgment, discipline, and honestly, some luck.

Our job is teaching you to think clearly about markets. Your job is doing the work and managing your own risk.

How We Approach Teaching

Reality-Based Learning

Real market examples, actual historical cases, genuine risk scenarios. We skip the theoretical perfection and focus on messy reality.

Practice Before Pressure

Students use paper trading for months before considering real money. Most people hate waiting, but it's the only responsible way to learn.

Ongoing Discussion

Weekly live sessions where you can ask about anything you didn't understand. Active forums where students help each other figure things out.

Small Group Sizes

We limit enrollment because personal feedback matters. You're not just watching videos. Instructors review your practice trades and explain what you're missing.

No Upsells

One program. One price. No secret advanced courses or exclusive mentorship tiers. We're tired of platforms that nickel and dime students.

Who Teaches Here

Small team of people who've been trading longer than they've been teaching. We're not influencers with rented Lamborghinis. Just professionals who know the field and can explain it clearly.

Learning From Mistakes

We've messed up plenty. Early on, we tried teaching advanced derivatives to beginners because it seemed impressive. Total disaster. Students were confused, frustrated, and several quit.

That taught us to start simpler and build gradually. Now the first month is just market basics and psychology. Boring? Maybe. But it works better than jumping into complex strategies people aren't ready for.

We also learned that some people shouldn't trade. About twenty percent of students realize through the program that they don't have the temperament for it. That's actually a success. Better to figure that out with paper trading than real money.

What Students Actually Say

"The program didn't make me rich, but it kept me from making expensive mistakes. I appreciate the honest approach. Too many courses oversell."

— Former student, autumn 2024 cohort

"I almost quit after the third week because progress felt slow. Looking back, that patience saved me. The fundamentals they drilled actually matter when markets get weird."

— Current student, spring 2025 program

Bulgaria Market Context

We're based in Varna because that's where we started, but students come from across Bulgaria and some neighboring countries. Most content is in English because that's the language of international markets.

The local trading community here is smaller than Sofia's, which actually helps. Less noise, fewer people trying to sell you strategies that worked once in 2018. More focus on fundamentals that hold up over time.

We run everything remotely now, which means location doesn't matter much. But our perspective is shaped by working in a market that isn't New York or London. Smaller markets teach you different lessons about liquidity and volatility.

What Happens Next

Next cohort starts September 2025. Applications open in June. We'll take forty students, same as always. If you're thinking about it, read through the program details first and be honest about whether you have six months to commit.

Trading education isn't glamorous. It's spreadsheets, risk calculations, and learning to control emotional reactions when positions go against you. If that sounds boring, this probably isn't for you.

But if you want to understand markets without the hype, we've built something that might help. No promises beyond that.
